PPGI, also known as color coated galvanized steel coil, is hot-dip galvanized steel substrate coated with organic paint, hence named prepainted coil. Custom colors are available on request. It boasts superior anti-corrosion performance. The paint layer on galvanized steel delivers attractive decorative effects, suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration. Its coating film can stay non-faded for up to 20 years, with standard specs: zinc coating 60g, top coat 25μm, back coat 10μm. Production strictly complies with international standards including EN10147 DX51D+Z, JIS G3312 CGCC and ASTM A755M / A653M.

Application

Color-coated steel coil (prepainted coil) is metal coil covered with organic coatings, widely used in construction, home appliances and transport with rich colors, anti-corrosion and weather resistance.

PPGI uses galvanized coil as substrate. After degreasing and chemical pretreatment, liquid paint is roller-coated, baked and cooled. We adopt advanced equipment to clean steel strips and cure coatings. The finished coils have great decoration, formability and corrosion resistance, keeping bright colors long-term.
